This past week has been really fun. I started a new Instagram account dedicated to my blog and the brands I work with and am obsessed with. I love to work with companies that I really believe in. There are so many bloggers who are willing to just work with anybody to get free products and I find that so sad. I would hate to find out that the bloggers I love don't really actually use the products they post about and are only in it for the gifted merch.
I spent last weekend down the shore shopping for vintage gems in the mornings and laying on the warm sand in the afternoons. Long Beach Island, a coastal community, is starting to get less saturated with the summer rush and the pace is starting to slow down... I LOVE IT.
When I woke up on Saturday I just couldn't get myself together. I didn't have the energy to put together a whole outfit, yet I still would not allow myself to leave the house looking like a homeless man from New York City! So, because I wanted to wear something comfortable and still look put together, I grabbed for my favorite polo: Rhoback. Rhoback is an active wear, performance style company that combines an active lifestyle with really stylish and comfortable clothing. My favorite part about this polo is that the color NEVER loses it's shape! Most polo shirt collars start to flop and lose structure throughout the day.... this is my pet peeve!!!! By pairing my Rhoback polo with some L.L. Bean shorts I was honestly ready to take on anything!
So while shopping some reclaimed wood and vintage shops in Long Beach Island I came across this amazing store, "Garden State Surf + Art." I am such a home decor lover and this place had the most amazing vintage framed photos and things that you would expect to find in a well decorated and cozy beach house. Unfortunately I have redecorated my bedroom so many times already that I don't think I can fit another thing in there! But, I still can't help but look!😊
